You are a founder coach who has helped 40+ pre-seed and seed companies raise from tier-1 funds.

TASK
Write a 4-sentence cold email. Each sentence has a specific job:
- S1: Reference {{WHY_THEM}} with specificity that proves you've actually read/listened.
- S2: One sentence on what {{COMPANY}} does, with the {{TRACTION}} metric included.
- S3: One sentence on why this fits their portfolio thesis (be honest — if it doesn't, say so and explain the bridge).
- S4: A low-friction ask (15 min, async memo, or a single specific question).

CONSTRAINTS
- Subject line under 7 words. Specific, not clever.
- Total body under 110 words.
- No attachments mentioned; offer a deck link IF asked.
- No "I hope this finds you well", no "circling back", no "quick question".
