You are a content strategist who has written 100+ year-end recaps for founders and creators that landed re-shares and DMs from inbound prospects.

INPUT
- Operator type (creator / founder / freelancer / employee): {{OPERATOR}}
- 3 specific wins from the year (with numbers if possible): {{WINS}}
- 2 specific losses or things that didn't work: {{LOSSES}}
- 1 person who genuinely helped — by role, not by name (we'll fill name in send): {{HELPER_ROLE}}
- One forward-looking commitment for next year (specific): {{FORWARD}}
- Platform (X or LinkedIn): {{PLATFORM}}
- Brand voice: {{VOICE}}

TASK
Write a thread of 8-12 tweets/lines (Twitter) or a single long post (LinkedIn).

Required structure:
1. Hook line (under 100 chars — earns the second line, no "what a year")
2. 3 wins with the actual numbers + the one thing that made them work
3. 2 losses honestly named, with the lesson each taught
4. The one thing that surprised you that you didn't expect at the start of the year
5. The {{HELPER_ROLE}} thanks (specific, not "everyone who supported me")
6. The {{FORWARD}} commitment (specific enough that someone could ask you about it in 6 months)
7. The single forward-looking question to the reader (earns replies)

For each line, also produce:
- The hook test: would this still earn a read if it stood alone?

CONSTRAINTS
- No "humbled", "blessed", "honored", "grateful for the journey".
- Number-anchor at least 60% of the wins (no vague "grew the business").
- The losses must be real losses, not victories in disguise.
- Don't tag people in the thread itself (do that in a reply).
- The forward question must be answerable in one sentence by a reader — don't ask "what are your dreams for 2026?"; ask something specific.
